Why Does eBikes Cost More to Service?

Due to the more complex nature of an ebike servicing can take a little longer and be trickier. With all of our eBike services we also include a diagnostic check and an update to the latest firmware.

Free 6 Week Tune Up

In the first few weeks of riding your bike, cables and components will settle-in and may require readjustment. As part of our dedication to customer care all Hargroves customers are entitled to a free tune-up service up to 6 weeks after purchasing a new bike. This can only be redeemed at a Hargroves store and you’ll need to be able to drop the bike off and collect it again once we’ve got it back into shape.

Please contact your nearest store before dropping your bike in to arrange the service.
