Why Does eBikes Cost More to Service?

Due to the more complex nature of an ebike servicing can take a little longer and be trickier. With all of our eBike services we also include a diagnostic check and an update to the latest firmware.

FREE 6 WEEK TUNE UP

In the first few weeks of riding your bike, cables and components will settle-in and may require readjustment. As part of our dedication to customer care all 99 Bikes customers are entitled to a free tune-up service up to 6 weeks after purchasing a new bike. This can only be redeemed at a 99 Bikes store and you’ll need to be able to drop the bike off and collect it again once the work is completed
