Shopping Online
If you are shopping online please submit your price match request using regular Price Match process or email our online Sales team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Web address (URL) of the product on our site that you would like to price match
- Size and colour/flavour of the product if applicable
- Web address (URL) of the product at a lower price on the competitor’s website
- A screenshot of the product/offer details

If you are shopping in-store one of our team can assist you with your price match request and will verify price and availability with you on the spot.

Price Match Terms & Conditions
- We only offer price match on items that are in stock available for immediate dispatch
- We will price match all major UK competitors. A full list of competitors we price match against is available here
- We are unable to price match on non-UK websites at this time
- The competitor’s item must be identical (colour, size etc)
- The competitor’s item must be in stock at the time of the price match
- The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised online and cannot include any membership or personal discounts
- We cannot match any multibuy type offers
- We will take into account any delivery charges that are applicable
- Reward points can not be used as part payment on any price match
- Reward points are not included with any price match
- We reserve the right to make additional charges for installation on price-matched products
